About Us
Autonomous agents backed by deterministic infrastructure — for advisors and families.
We believe the best financial advisors and family offices deserve AI that works as hard as they do. Our mission is to give advisors and families access to autonomous AI agents that plan, manage, research, and comply — backed by trust infrastructure designed for the most sensitive data in finance.
Financial advisors spend most of their time on work that doesn't directly serve their clients — manual data gathering, plan preparation, compliance documentation, portfolio rebalancing. The tools they use are passive: they display data, but they don't think, don't act, and don't adapt.
Meanwhile, AI has reached the point where it can genuinely reason about complex financial situations. But the infrastructure to deploy AI safely in wealth management didn't exist. No per-family isolation. No end-to-end encryption. No audit trails. No fiduciary-grade compliance.
We founded entropyFA to solve this problem at its root. Not by adding another tool to the stack, but by building autonomous AI agents that do the work — backed by trust infrastructure that meets the standards of both fiduciary institutions and enterprise technology. The technology to make this real didn't exist five years ago. It does now.
In thermodynamics, entropy measures disorder in a system. Financial data is high-entropy by nature — scattered across custodians, CRMs, planning software, spreadsheets, and email threads.
In AI, temperature controls randomness. High temperature means creative but unpredictable. Low temperature means precise and deterministic.
entropyFA reduces both. We organize chaotic financial data into structured, accessible vaults. And we pair AI reasoning with deterministic computation — delivering a calmer, clearer picture for advisors, families, and their clients.
The industry has been stuck in the "tools" paradigm — software that displays data and waits for you to act. We're building autonomous agents that think, plan, and execute — with their own credentials to the systems you already use.
entropyFA is not a dashboard. We're building AI employees that do real work, backed by deterministic infrastructure that ensures every output is trustworthy.
Pure software companies struggle to serve wealth management because they don't understand fiduciary obligations. They ship fast and figure out compliance later.
entropyFA is different. We built our trust architecture from the ground up to meet fiduciary-grade compliance — because we understand that trust isn't a feature you bolt on.
Our agents deliver clear, actionable work product — but you're always in control.
The advisor or family stays in full control. entropyFA agents do the work, surface the insights, and document every decision — you decide what action to take.

LinkedInEvery decision starts with what's best for advisors and their clients.
We handle the most sensitive data in finance. We earn that trust through transparency, security, and doing what's right — even when no one is watching.
We don't accept "that's how it's always been done." We rethink problems from the ground up to find better solutions.
We build for durability, not quick wins. Architecture decisions today shape what's possible tomorrow.
We push the boundaries of what AI can do in regulated industries — responsibly and with purpose.
We automate the work so advisors and families can focus on what only humans can do: build trust, make judgments, and nurture relationships.
We're looking for exceptional people who want to build the infrastructure that powers the next generation of financial services.
